Higher Vocational The Embedded Professional Training Management System Design And Realization

The training management system for students in vocational and specialized colleges majoring in embedded systems is a typical teaching aid management system. With the growing development of computers and Wide popularity of computer technology, more and more management systems has been widely used as the teaching materials of the education, thus the teaching methods are quietly changing. Especially in the field of vocational and specialized colleges, due to its special feature, the teaching aims become more and more progressive. Projects like "real training progress control", "the integration of resources education","strict discipline on routine working habit","promoting professional qualities" and "teacher-to-student personal project quality control" are in urgent need.The existing problem is that due to the traditional"person-to-person"training method, teaching management is hardly efficient and scientific. Therefore, it is essential to develop a management system to achieve solid training of management of automation; the teacher will be more effective in teaching students scientifically and effectively. the author mainly focuses on the future of database management techniques and teaching aid management. Web service techniques, B/S system and JSP are used as major project development tools, and among that SQL Server 2000 is used as a backstage database. The developing procedures accomplished system demand analysis, feature division and design on database forming, and finally the managing application.The system is divided into three modules: an administrator-control module, teachers-control module and students-control module. An administrator-control module has the authority on registration to new teacher and students, and registration to the new administrator as long as to give a project approval. Teacher's permission including applying training projects, training process arrangements, time control, staff management, developing software/hardware experimental environment, training project control, real-time communication and evaluation. Students'permission includes choosing a training project, uploading the training results, communicating with teacher and checking scores. User friendliness in its GUI is also taken into consideration to get a better effect. The training management system discussed above is going to be used in students majoring database techniques of Inner Mongolian Electronic Informational Vocational College.
