Online bidding system plays an important role in bidding applications, but our nation's online bidding system have many deficiencies and need refinement and improvement.Based on the whole process of online bidding is a way which through the market-oriented approach to achieve the two-way choice, the work of the projects involved a large cost, long payback period, and the policy is very strong. And among people in bidding system existed competition, mutually constraints and mutual cooperation relations. Also have many changeable factors, and the management is extensive and complex. In the bidding activities have a large number of information need transmission and management, such as possible corruption, the issues of work quality, and much of the money flow to other construction and so on. Using the network technology and IT technology in order to make the traditional activities of the bidding in the modernization management on the Internet is an effective way, which can reduce the human resources, decline the waste of material and financial resources, and reduce the cost of bid preparation and evaluation, also can building a standardized market of development, thereby enhancing the social benefits.This paper, firstly presented the background and research ideas, analyze domestic and international projects and status of the bidding, and then analysis and research what the concepts and technologies of e-commerce platform and on-line bidding system related. Finally, through the online bidding application's information of our nation, using requirements and designs analysis to set a whole process-based online bidding system, and provide reference model. |
