With the popularity of smartphones,mobile Internet has a growing impact on traditional industries.Because of its convenience to carry,drivers outside can easily use to connect the Internet.The research and development of the application on a smartphone may help drivers to find out cargoes to a great extent.The application provides the accuracy of intelligent matched freight information by the intelligent positioning function and software intelligent algorithm of smart phones for the users and the cargoes.Drivers can choose the nearest distribution and reduce the cost of remote shunting by using the application.Also,transport companies can track the location of vehicles and cargoes at real time as to conduct a full range of monitoring and management through the location and historical track playback in the application,which to avoid cars for personal use and other issues.The use of bidding mode for business matching,to maximize the owners and shippers to get their most suitable business and services.Smartphones' constant messages ensure that users dismiss any important information at a maximum level.Smartphone mobile payment function facilitates to expense settlement for users at all times and places.The standardization of the electronic contracts,the real-name registration certification and the credit evaluation system secures the operation.The application provides business guarantees and related cargo insurance to buy to fully protect the interests of both sides of the cargoes and the users.By the means of integrating of resources,optimizing the traditional process,simplifying the intermediate links,we can improve the efficiency and create greater social value.Therefore,the study of the system is of great significance.This article describes the car-cargo matching system which uses B/S mode design,meanwhile,due to both mobile phone APP,it also has C/S mode characteristics.The database of the system supports a variety of relational database.Web pages use responsive adaptive technology which compatible PC-side and mobile phone.With advanced designs and ideals,this system can not only provide convenience for the users and the cargoes but also improve their work efficiency.The system has a very good social and economic value,and is worthy of designing and promoting.
