King Polytechnical Bidding Management System Design And Implementation

The developing of the Computer hardware and software provided condition for electronic government, and the bidding management system was appeared. The bidding management system could provide function such as release bidding information, bidding, bid evaluation, bid management, it can promote openness, justice and efficient of bid, it is helpful to improve disadvantages of bid.The thesis first introduced the study background, subject issue source and the main content of the research. Then, the thesis introduced the development of the bidding management system development history and using actuality. The second part introduced the key technology such as electronic evaluation method based on BP neural network, baseprice security technology, evaluation experts randomly selected technology and identity authentication technology. The third part introduced the college bidding concept, working flow and work working characteristics, the thesis also detailed described openness, justice, fairness and safety of bidding work, and then, the thesis summary designed the bidding system from two aspects of logical structure and module design. The forth part analyzed bid evaluation subsystem, expert management subsystem and bid management subsystem, and designed the three subsystems. The fifth part introduced the realization of the system with the pictures of the system. The sixth part introduced the test process and the result of the test.The last part summarized the work of the research and talked about the prospect of the electronic bidding system.
