Design And Implementation Of Bid Assessment Expert Management System

With the development of Internet technology, the traditional bidding business is developing toward electronic way. In recent years, many countries have built online bidding system. Online bidding is gradually taking over the traditional bidding, which is a big change and with no doubt will bring us a fair and just bidding environment. In order to construct a bidding system, we must first establish the bid assessment expert database, only in this way can we manage the information of experts efficiently. The function of users management help us to manage all the users’ information. The system roles is a set of authority to command and use the system, which makes the system more secure and reliable. Expert database management involves expert register, expert check, expert classification, as well as the management of expert information. Random-extract module focuses on the rules of recusal of experts, the algorithm of Random-extract of experts. Expert voice notification system helps ensure the confidentiality of the extraction results.The system basically meet the needs of the bid evaluation stage. It achieves managing the information of experts efficiently, setting all kinds of expert extraction conditions, considering the various of expert recusal rules and ensuring the extraction’s randomness and the confidentiality of the extraction results. The system has made some efforts to realize the fairness and justice of online bidding and promote the improvement of our network bidding market.
