Based On The Soa's Public Security Basic Integrated Management Information System Design And Realization

Along with the development of China's reformation opening and realization process of the socialist modernization, the change from management-oriented to service-oriented of public security organs brings huge increasement of daily business and difficulty. Currently, the information system of public security has a lot of problems such as low collaborative share, insufficient development and inadequacy of resources,unsatisfaction to rapidly changed business requirement.To improve the management capability and working efficiency, the ministry of public security is leading the construction of "Golden Shield Project" all over the country. Under this big background, the basic integrated information management system which is the subsystem of police integrated application platform on the second stage of "Golden Shield Project", comes up to satisfy the urgent requirement of public security work in new period. This system mainly faces to all the business in basic level police stations, to accomplish the objective that informationize the fundamental work and enable the information work fundamental. The author mainly took on the develop work of people's information service.First of all, this paper gives compact introduction of the whole background, then it reviews and discusses the evolutionary history of software architecture, analyzes the inevitability of service-oriented software architecture's advent. Then, this paper introduces the concepts of SOA and Web Service and based on these techniques and current problems which exist in the process of public security informationize construction, it designs the system overall combining with the design methods of loosely coupled and standard service, it also describes all the analysis and design work during the system construction in detail: from the proposal of five-elements model, to the diagnosis and amendment of people element and organization element, then to the analysis and improvement of common services e.g information comparison, finally to the detailed design of basic level management business.The basic integrated information management system not only strictly stick to the technical standards, but also be proved effective by the practice test after system deployment. It confirms the correctness of selected technological route, achievs good social benefits and contributes greatly to reduce crime and accomplish the informatization of public security.
