The system consists of two subsystems, procurement management system and e-commerce system, which are designed by B/S mode. Procurement management subsystem is mainly aimed at the procurement within the procurement related management, including procurement, materials acceptance of registration, and financial management. E-commerce subsystem is mainly used to achieve balance at the interaction with suppliers, vendors through e-commerce website purchasing information, vendor information to complete the task of procurement. The research background and the subject of research significance and contents are introduced in the first chapter. The second chapter briefly describes the basic e-commerce and e-procurement principles and database technology. Chapter 3 obtains the functional requirements, performance requirements, security requirements run demand and other needs such as needs analysis, obtained the appropriate e-procurement in line with the basic business processes, and make the system data flow diagram. The fourth chapter in the needs analysis based on the overall system design and detailed design. In chapter 5, descript the overall system design and detailed design and finish the system.
