At present, there are many temprature measuring instruments used to domestic and industrial field. But their accuracy can not meet the requirements of high-precision measurement. The thesis proposes the topic of designing a high-precision temperature measurement and control system. A water temperature measurement and control system is developed. The main contents are as follows.Firstly, based on introducing the status of the temperature detection technology and future development direction at home and abroad, and actual measurement requirements, the program of the selection and use sensor is detemined. In order to improve the sensor characteristics, we study the different options, and do a lot of experiments, then choose the best option to improve the accuracy of measurement and control.Secondly, according to the actual use requirements, the corresponding hardware, microcontroller system is designed. The core of the system is AT89S52 microcontroller, besides including the DS18B20 and the phase-shift voltage regulator circuit. For the temperature sensor DS18B20 principles and characteristics, this system uses a single-bus programmable temperature sensor DS18B20 to achieve the acquisition and conversion of temperature, the temperature value of the real-time display, greatly simplifying the circuit complexity, and algorithm requirements. Otherwise, we consider how to control the temperature drift and disturbance in he hardware design.Finally, the software correspongding the hardware is designed. The integral isolated PID control algorithms and optimal control parameter tuning method is used to achieve the purpose of improving control accuracy.Through thesis research work, especially study in the PID control algorithm and the optimum control parameter installation method, the results is important to enhance the ablity of profession institution in instruction the sinple chip microcontroller experiment in the high accuracy temperature measurement and the control.
