Color Stripe Encoding Structured Light3D Measurement Of Trapezoidal Phase Shift By Time Phase Unwrapping

With the development of computer technology, electronic technology,optical technology and the rise of emerging technologies such as3D printingtechnology, the non-contact3D measurement technology also has been widelyused in development at the same time. Structured light3D measuring technologyas a kind of non-contact3D measurement technology, with its advantages ofhigh-speed, high efficiency and low cost has broad application prospects. Instructured light3D measurement technology, the coding structure of light is themain research direction of development, has the advantages of measuring highefficiency and easy to identify. Color trapezoidal phase-shift method is a kind ofcoded structured light method, has high resolution, non destructive and fast dataacquisition, which can realize fast measurement. Based on color trapezoidalphase shift method, this paper puts forward the three color coding cycletrapezoidal phase shift method for three dimensional measurements, research inindustrial, medical, archeology and other fields have broad application prospects.In this paper, first of all existing chromatic stripe coding structured light3Dmeasurement technology is discussed. Then analyzed the decoding method of3Dmeasurement technology advantages and disadvantages.On the basis of the measuring system is constructed, and further study of thecolor trapezoidal codec principle of phase shift method. For color trapezoidalmethod of phase shift measurement error is large, the shortcomings ofanti-interference ability is not strong, the new algorithm is proposed, namely,three color coding cycle trapezoidal phase shift method. Color coding in the design of single phase shift method cycle extensiontrapezoid phase shift for the cycle. Analyte to a projected respectively the threecolor coding cycle co-prime trapezoidal phase shift pattern, then get the threecycles co-prime strength than the figure. The measured to verify its validity.Then, based on production softwares3dsmax and Matlab simulationmeasurement system is established, and the theory have been carried out to verifythe proposed algorithm.Finally, formed the experiment systematically measuring experiment,achieved good results, verify the feasibility of3D measurement system built inthis paper.
