Using optical principle as the theoretical basis for 3d surface shape measurement methods are varied, among all these, Phase-Measuring Profilometry, based on digital phase shifting technology brings its accuracy, it is widely applied to the analysis of the object surface measurement.In the use of phase measurement method for phase shift there will be some influencing factors, such as vibration and noise and airflow, there will be some differences between the images we get and the images we expected.In the use of phase measurement method for three dimensional surface measurement, the construction of the experimental light path is basis points, sampling method of optimization is the key point. In this paper, we designed the rapid phase shift trigger, to do the following work is done regarding of the optimization of phase measurement method:1. Studied Microic company MC100 chip hardware features, as the hardware part in the design of phase shift trigger.2. Combined with the feature of MC100 chip software, using Visual Basic platform to write a simple and easy to use software drivers, as fast phase shift trigger software part.3. Set up by a fast phase shift trigger, projector, CCD acquisition unit, computer, etc of the phase measurement experimental light path.4. Using Matlab to analysis the collected images, to verify the method of phase shift trigger type fast measuring stability is improved.
