With the development of science and technology,the measurement demand of the three-dimensional contour,shape size and other topography data of object surface is increasing day by day,and the requirement of measurement accuracy and application scene is also increasing gradually.Phase shift profilometry has become one of the most popular 3 D morphology measurement methods due to its high precision,high speed and strong anti-interference ability.However,the traditional phase shift contortions need to project several sinusoidal wave fringe patterns to the surface of the object during the measurement,which requires the object to remain still during the measurement.Once the object moves,the measurement fails.Based on the theory of phase shift profilometry,the three-dimensional measurement of moving objects is studied in this paper.Firstly,the motion of the object is tracked and described mathematically,then the influence of the motion of the object on the phase of sine wave is analyzed,a three-dimensional reconstruction model containing the motion information is established,and finally the correct phase information is extracted based on the least square algorithm.The multi-channel separation technology of color camera and feature point extraction algorithm are used for object motion tracking,and the rotation translation matrix is used to describe the object motion.By analyzing the influence of different motion types on the phase information,the motion information of the object is introduced into the system model,so that the system model can accurately describe the 3d reconstruction process of the moving object.This algorithm not only improves the traditional theory of phase-shifted profilometry,but also effectively removes the measurement error caused by the motion of the object,realizes the high-precision measurement of the moving object,and expands the application range of phase-shifted profilometry.In order to verify the accuracy and robustness of the proposed method and better adapt to the measurement requirements of different scenes,a 3D measurement system is built based on the above algorithm.The system is designed to realize flexible and efficient 3D measurement according to different scene requirements.The system includes: projector image preparation,camera calibration,projector calibration,standard 3D measurement,dynamic 3D measurement and other functions.Finally,this paper also carries on the experiment verification to the THREEDIMENSIONAL measurement system,the experiment result has confirmed the measurement scheme validity and the system reliability.
