Vocational And Technical College Internship Management System Design And Realization

With the higher vocational college enrollment continues to expand, students practice management has become a big problem faced by vocational colleges. The enterprises which student practice in distribute all over the country, so it is very hard to direct and manage. To solve this problem, a set of network practice management system is developed; witch adopts the advanced computer network technology. The network system is used to guide and manage the students'practice by school and enterprise, and also provide a platform for schools, enterprise and students of cooperation and exchange. Practice information collection, management and sharing become more standardization and modernization by using this system. In this paper, we design and implement a vocational college student practice management system based on actual situation and construction of the vocational college.In this paper, we first introduce technology witch is used in vocational college practice management, the technology includes three parts : 1. the basic conditions and basic requirements of the information system, 2. the database technology and ASP.NET technology using in practice management system, 3. UML modeling technique using in system analysis stage. This paper determines the use of B/S architecture to complete the design by comparing the characteristics of C/S, B/S structure, and studying several interconnect technology of Web server and database in B/S architecture. We get the performance objectives, functional requirements, and the users based on the actual situation of vocational college practice management. In the process of systems analysis, the object-oriented analysis and UML is used to establish a model system. Then we design the practice management system based on the system needs analysis. We account the various constraints based on the actual situation of vocational college practice management and the system logic model of systems analysis to determine the vocational colleges practice management system implementation. Vocational college practice management is established by ASP.NET + SQL Server development model, management system design, implementation, and debugging execute in local through the IIS. We choose VS2008 as the development platform. Pages and software use C#. NET for development, SQL Server 2000 is used to manage the vocational college practice data. And we did some security design for this system to ensure the vocational college practice management system integrity. The results of research and development show that this system is stable, safe and reliable. We provide a practical way to improve the status of vocational college and improve practice management, and also we made some study in the system security.
