In our southern border region of Xinjiang, especially a lot of ethnic minority people do not operatein Chinese bookstores, not to use a computer, so they are stillengaged in manual management, which they bring a lot ofinconvenience to running a business, so some information management software the dimension of culture of great helpminority businessmen and convenience. in order to bring convenience to bookstore management and membership services to ensure the reliability of bookstores, It is necessary to develop appropriate and fully dimensional version ofthe book to solve the problem management system.According to the running scales and the capacity of economy,this system has basic functions such as books management,system management,comprehensive search,and so on.Moreover,it shows simple interface and processing convenience.As an explore with practical meaning,the aim of this system is to offer a user-friendly and supplementary managing system to satisfy detailed nedds of managing practice and business process.
