Blog, Wiki, Social Bookmark as typical representative of the Web2.0 tools, in recent years have been widely used.The application of Web2.0 tools for education and teaching has a profound impact on what aspects, how to affect and how is applied in education and teaching, and has what strategies and precautions in the application, how to apply can play Web2. 0 advantages, these issues of Instructional Technology are the main contents.In this thesis, a research on applied strategies of Web2.0 tools in middle schools'teaching is the key. Literature methodology shows that: Web2.0 tools with the characteristics of their own are fit for the cultivation of innovative talents and for the acquisition and exchange of tacit knowledge, these features and functions are compatible with China's basic education reform, so the research has practical research value and practical significance. This study starts from the application of Web2.0 tools to develop student's ability to innovate, to promote students'transformation of tacit knowledge, to stimulate learning motivation of students, to construct knowledge systems ability actively and to manage their own knowledge effectively. These build the good foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents.This study first describes the content and features of Web2.0 and Web2.0 tools in a typical application, and then analyzing the Web2.0 tools'application in middle schools, selecting the Blog's application in Chinese teaching as a case study for analyzed and summarized, on this basis, concluded Web2.0 tools'application strategy in middle schools'teaching, which is the main framework of this thesis.
