The Design Of The Qilihe Disctrict's Financial Subsidies System For Benefiting The Agriculture

The great importance has been attached to the agriculture, rural areas and farmers by the Chinese government in recent years and many financial subsidy policies for benefiting them issued respectively. The yearly increasing subsidies have promoted the development of rural economy greatly. When issuing the subsidies the staff of Qilihe District Financial Department are using Word or Excel to collect the data, then the efficiency is low and the data is difficult to be shared. According to the specific condition and demand of the Qilihe Financial District Department this thesis has discussed the design of the financial subsidy issuing system for benefiting the agriculture, the main works and achievements are as follows:Firstly, the whole functional structure and key technique for the system have been explored; Secondly, the Struts+Spring+Hibernate has been applied as the main structure and J2EE multiple-layered B/S as the technological method, and at the same time the detailed descriptions on the parts designed by the author have been provided; Thirdly, the assessment of the Qilihe Financial Subsidies System for Benefiting the Agriculture has been made and shortcomings of it pointed out and the main works for the next step predicted.
