In recent years,china's national GDP level has been continuously improved,and its international influence has also increased day by day.However,there is still a big gap in the development of some key industries compared with Western developed countries.In addition,Certain countries have deliberately suppressed some industries in our country recently.In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of these industries related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,our country also spare no effort to give policy support.Among them,the industry chain related to semiconductor components is an industry strongly supported by the state.china's integrated circuit industry has been developing rapidly in recent years.However,because some core technologies are firmly controlled by certain countries,domestic development has been hindered,Some domestic companies have also suffered.In order to break through this problem,china grants government subsidies to enterprises in related industries to support enterprises in improving their operating standards and develop their own core technologies to break through foreign technology blockades and occupy a place in the international market.Government subsidies are one of the key means by which the state guides the rational and healthy development of the economic market and allocates resources to accelerate the upgrading of the industrial structure.China is paying more and more attention to high-tech companies,and subsidies to high-tech companies are also increasing.Therefore,it is of great research significance to study whether the impact of government subsidies on the financial performance of related enterprises has reached its due role.This article first conducts a statistical analysis of the government subsidies received by 21 listed companies in the semiconductor industry from 2010 to 2019,and finds the reasons,scale,methods and changes in the semiconductor industry to obtain government subsidies in recent years.On this basis,taking CDKJ company as a case,further study the reason and scale of CDKJ company's large amount of government subsidies,and in-depth analysis of the impact of government subsidies on CDKJ company's financial performance.The research is divided into two parts.First,it studies the impact of government subsidies on CDKJ's financial statements.It is found that government subsidies have greatly increased the amount of related items in the company's income statement and cash flow statement.Based on this,further research on government subsidies on the company's related finances The impact of performance indicators.The research found that government subsidies did improve CDKJ's financial performance as a whole,especially in the company's profitability and solvency,but had no significant impact on the company's operations and development capabilities,and the current government subsidies did not affect CDKJ's financial performance.And the current government subsidies did not have a significant positive impact on the financial performance of the company for a period of time in the future.This shows that government subsidies have not fully played their due role.At the same time,the government subsidy has played a whitewashing effect on CDKJ's financial statements,This will have a negative impact on the development of the market.To this end,this article provides reasonable suggestions for the government to scientifically adjust the subsidy policy for the semiconductor industry and how companies can use government subsidies reasonably and efficiently to accelerate their own healthy and sustainable development,and achieve two-way improvement between the government and companies.This article also makes a certain contribution to make government subsidies play its due role,and provides certain literature reference value for later researchers.
