Research On The Impact Of Government Subsidies On The Financial Performance Of Software Enterprises

Software and information technology service industry is the choice of the times for China to vigorously develop strategic emerging industries.Due to the problems of high R&D cost and long conversion cycle of R&D results in the early development of software and IT service industry,our government has intensively introduced a series of subsidy policies to help the development of software and IT service in China in an all-round way.Along with the increasingly fierce competition in the software and IT service industry,the internal and external problems of foreign chip supply shortage and epidemic impact,the study of the impact of government subsidies on the financial performance of the software and IT service industry helps to help enterprises improve their asset structure,rationalize the use of subsidies,promote business transformation and upgrading,and provide a basis for the operational development of other enterprises in the industry as well as the government to formulate subsidy policies scientifically and efficiently.Comparing the existing literature and theoretical basis,selects Longchao Software as a case study enterprise,explains the reasons and types of government subsidies obtained by Longchao Software,the path of government subsidies affecting the financial performance of enterprises,the current situation of the software industry and the situation of enterprises after obtaining government subsidies,and puts forward suggestions for both the government and enterprises: the government can continue to increase the subsidies for the software and IT service industry,strengthen the supervision of government subsidies and improve the efficiency of subsidy allocation,and improve the subsidy disclosure mechanism to help enterprises optimize their investment decisions;enterprises can actively seek subsidies and make reasonable use of them,focus on technology research and development to develop core competitiveness,and broaden financing channels to reduce the impact on investment decisions.The government can continue to increase its subsidies to the software and IT service industry,strengthen the supervision of government subsidies and improve the efficiency of subsidy allocation,and improve the subsidy disclosure mechanism to help enterprises optimize their investment decisions;enterprises can actively seek subsidies and make reasonable use of them,focus on technology research and development to form core competitiveness,and broaden financing channels to reduce their dependence on government subsidies.The results of the case study show that:(1)government subsidies can increase the financial performance of software and information technology service enterprises.The first is to directly affect the financial data,and the second is to promote the output of R &D achievements through the intermediary effect of R &D investment,which indirectly improves the financial performance;(2)Government subsidies play an important role in promoting R &D investment of software and information technology service enterprises;(3)The impact of government subsidies on financial performance will have a deferred effect and lag,because the software and information technology service industry,as an emerging industry in China,is not mature and can not make timely and effective use of government subsidies.After the conclusion is drawn,the limitations of this study are reviewed,and the research prospect is put forward.
