Electric Control Design On Automatic Assembly System Of Mobile Phone Dome Sheet

With the rapid development of mobile phone (function), the phone dome function are updating also, so it bring high assembly requirement for the mobile phone dome.Current, most factories of our country are manual assembly process,and current labor situation is very lacking which limited enterprise development and caused dome assembly unstably.So, in dome assembly process, how to improve dome assembly precision and stability and save labor, it become a focused topic now.This sugject is focus on design of dome auto assembly system, per discussed then define the system's modules,functions and the linkages between the various modules and then make some proposal solution for expeated problems.Secondly, the dome auto assembly system has been designed to use programmable control device to control,through the PLC programmable software to control whole system operation.In order to verify this design,developed a detail model equipment to test.This model system adopted advanced PLC programmable control device,the internal PLC program design control requirement for a flexible and convenient way of system configuration,it made up with servo electrical machinery, cylinder and other device to ensure the dome auto assembly.In addition, base on the man-machine interface theory to design a real-time monitor system for the machine, this system is capable of set up and control the machine operation ,the operator can launch the monitor system to get real-time updates of the work status of auto assembly machine.If any abnormal,can dispose it timely.Per this system operation test, it verified the dome auto assembly system feasibility and stability,it also can save the labors.
