The Designing And Realizing Of The SW Of The Embedded Mobile Phone Based On ARM

On the purpose of that the codes, models, structures of the SW can be used in variable environments, the paper discuss the application SW, which is applied to the mobile phone. At first, the processor and the SW development platform are systematically reviewed from the viewpoint of embedded system. Then based on the analysis the SW architecture of the PHILIPS' solution, we begin to research the message flow in the system and define the message communication between the different components. And we get a reasonable message response mechanism. We redesign the Man Machine Interface(MMI) of the SW structure , and realize the functional routines of the application SW as followings, the definition of data structure, the design of interface etc. Finally, to reduce the data and improve the speed of the system we propose the concept of the Uni-index and the Pixmap table. At the end of the paper we present the methods of lighting the LCD such as displaying the string, the scrolling-string and the icon, flashing the icon and screen update.
