Laboratory miniature reaction kettle is wildly applied in food industry, medicine industry and industry of fine chemicals. It is significant to keep control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, rotation during reaction process for a reactor. The way of temperature controlling can directly influent the quality of products.This thesis will research a reaction controlling during colophony production. Polymerization comes with colophony production due to the special production procedure. Polymerization leads to hysteretic, time-varying and nonlinear in temperature controlling of reaction kettle. It makes the precisely control on temperature become extremely hard.In order to meet the requirement of one internal research laboratory,This thesis focuses on reaction kettle characters and temperature controlling.This thesis mainly constructs an individual industrial control system made up of IPC, PLC and other hard wares by adopting fuzzy-PID controlling.Aim to implement temperature controlling in colophony production against hysteresis, time-varying and nonlinear.This thesis has mainly done the following several work.(1) Made research on project background and current situation cross domestic and aboard.(2) Made research on two critical technology of temperature controlling and CANopen general line of reaction controlling.(3) Made marketing demands analyze and general design.(4) Designed and realized every system in reaction controlling system according to actual needs.(5) Completed the application and exhibition about reaction controlling system.
