With the continuous development of computer and network technology,companies have put forward higher requirements for the automatic control and informatization of the production process of spherical flat drugs.Due to the multiple risk of failure in the production control process of spherical flat drugs and the limitation of production output,the production line has not been able to achieve continuous and automated production in a true sense.This paper is aimed at the problems of low degree of serialization and unstable control of the ball flat drug production line.By adopting programmable logic controller technology,predictive function PID control technology,OPC network communication technology and man-machine interface monitoring technology,Continuous production process automatic control system of Spherical flat medicine was designed.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on the in-depth study on the production process of Spherical Flat Drugs,the control indicators and control system requirements are mainly studied,and a continuous production process control plan for spherical flat drugs was designed.(2)For the difficulty of controlling the reactor temperature in the process of forming ball,the analysis of the reactor temperature control difficulties was carried out.The reaction kettle temperature automatic control system was designed by referring to the PID control technology commonly used in industrial production and advanced predictive function control algorithms.(3)Using predictive function control algorithm and PID control strategy,automatic temperature control of the reactor was realized,and the feasibility of the control system was verified through simulation and practical tests.(4)Through the design of LabVIEW PC software,multi-mode communication module and lower hardware,we have developed a control system for the production of ball flat pills with a attractive and simply operated human-computer interaction interface.The automatic control system designed in this paper has been applied to a domestic ball flat drug continuous production line.The practical application results show that the control system breaks the “automated island effect” within traditional independent processes,realizes the continuous production of human-machine separation,improves the effect of temperature control and stability of the quality of spherical flat medicines and on-site security.
