The reaction kettle for chemical reaction is a kind of commonreaction containers in the chemical industry. With the development of thesociety, people have higher requirements about chemical products and thestudy of the reaction kettle has been got more attention by people.The reaction kettle is the main production equipment in chemicalindustry, and automation control technology has been experts and scholarsgenerally concerned, so the optimal control technology lead the industryforward development. At present, automation control technology is notwidely used to all chemical enterprise, many production processes needpeople to operate, thus not only can’t guarantee the quality of the product,but also greatly reduces the production efficiency. In the control of thereaction kettle, the temperature control is the most important, however, thetemperature control needs some precision instruments’ help, obviously,artificial operation can’t meet precision requirements, so researching anddesigning automation control system is particularly important. In the industryproduction, the control objects have unipolarity, time-delay, large inertia andchangeable characteristics, the traditional PID control, while simple easy tooperate, but it’s hard to realize the reaction kettle for precise control of thetemperature.The article takes Liaoyang Catalyst Factory new project control systemdesign as controlled object, through learning the reaction kettle’s workingprinciple and process characteristics, introduced the temperature controlsystem design process in detail. At the rise high temperature stage of thecontrol system, We use integral separation algorithm PID control; at theconstant temperature stage, we use parameter factor self-tuning fuzzytheory to control (According to the site operation personnel experiencecombined with PLC for the programming). The automatic control system isintegrated the fuzzy control and the advantages of PID control, and it is fastresponse, overshoot small, without the static poor. The actual operationsituation is more ideal, it can be applied in practice.
