With the development of science and technology, all kinds of motor vehicle has greatly increased,so for road reticule coating with high efficiency, environmental protection requirements. The traditional heating mode are coal, oil, gas heating, the traditional way of heating the thermal efficiency is relatively low, and will produce harmful gas to air. Induction heating technology can not only meet the requirements of the reticule coating of heating melting, and low carbon environmental protection, therefore, in this paper, induction heating technology was applied to heating of the kettle.This topic’s research object is induction melt kettle, with its characteristics in the process of heating, energy transfer as the starting point, optimize and design the control system and heating efficiency, adopt the combination of simulation analysis and experimental verification method to assure the safety of heating, and improve heating efficiency. First of all, according to the basic theory of induction heating technology, heat conduction principle, establish electromagnetic field and temperature field mathematical model of induction heating kettle heating process, provide theoretical guidance by numerical simulation and efficiency optimization for the kettle. Comparing the numerical simulation method, select finite element, using FLUX simulation and optimization to induction heating kettle. Choosing induction heating power, kettle and mixing mechanism, cooling system according to the experiment requirement, according to current carrying selection of induction heating coil size, design hardware and software of the control system, mainly including kettle temperature detection and mixing motor over-current detection, and provide experiment platform for induction kettle. Change in numerical simulation parameters for optimization of the induction heating reactor heating efficiency and on the basis of experimental platform, complete the parameters of the induction heating power supply and load matching and experimental device of safety testing, Verify the simulation results, and optimize the heating efficiency. Through the analysis of the kettle compared with the traditional firing, induction heating kettle save money of29.7%both under the same situlation of heating way.The system has high reliability, low cost relatively, it is easy to road marking paint coating construction, shorten the construction period. At the same time, improve the energy utilization, reduce environmental pollution.
