The Design And Implementation Of Zhucheng Public Security Bureau Police Equipment Management

Equipment management is not just representing the informatization of the specific business like in and out warehousing and inventory of various types of equipment, the formation of equipment management information chain is the significance of the informatization of equipment management. Particularly in process of the police equipment management, it can reduce the police equipment inventory loss, and improve the low utilization ratio of the police costs of police equipment inventory, but due to time urgency and difficult prediction of police activity, we need high police equipment inventories to ensure the smooth conduct of the police activities and, therefore, we definitely need information technology to establish police equipment management information link in police equipment management.First of all, through the study of the status quo of the police equipment management of Zhucheng Public Security Bureau, we point out that the low level of informatization and poor control of the number of police equipment inventory is the main problems of the police equipment management of Zhucheng Public Security Bureau. Therefore, we propose to use SOA technology to build the police equipment management information system to improve the efficiency of the police equipment management, and minimize the inventory rate of the police equipment as far as possible; subsequently, on the basis of a brief introduction of related technologies, according to the target of the construction of the police equipment system, we do analysis of the functional requirements and non-functional requirements that the police equipment management system of Zhucheng Public Security Bureau need to meet, and from the three aspects about the technical feasibility, economic viability and operational feasibility to analyse the feasibility of the construction of the system; then we design the overall structure of the system and the informatization process of daily management business of the police equipment and study the design of the important data table structure of the system; finally we use database optimization to improve system performance, and use SOA technology to realize information communication between the system and the internal Public Security Bureau, and also study the implementation of the overall framework of the system and specific business function. This paper use J2EE technology and SOA technology to design and implement the police equipment management system according to the status quo of the police equipment management of Zhucheng Public Security Bureau. The system not only can improve the efficiency of the police equipment management, but also help to reduce the amount of police equipment inventory, thereby reduce inventory loss of police equipment, and improve the utilization rate of police funds.
