Communication power's proportion in the entire communications industry is not large, but it is the key to the entire communications network infrastructure. The quality of communication power, directly affect the entire communication network running smoothly. Therefore, communication power management is very important.This paper describes the role and features of communication power, and the development of communication power monitoring system. In the battery charging of communication power, introduce an improved battery charging algorithm based on the PID algorithm in details. This paper introduces a global program of communications power monitoring system used in practice. Meanwhile, proposed and implemented a design of terminal of communication power monitoring based on embedded technology, and make a detailed description for each module introduces.Combine with the terminal of communication power monitoring system, write the program of the terminal of the communication power monitoring system, and simulated the improved PID algorithm proposed in this paper use of Simulink.The focus of this paper is researching and designing communications power monitoring system terminal, but for the integrity of the entire system, designed the remote monitoring and data transceiver system on the server side. The aim of remote monitoring and data transceiver system is monitoring the communications power monitoring system terminal. It is not only able to complete the task receive data timely that form communication power monitoring system terminal, but also modify remote terminal equipment's parameters on-line. The remote monitoring and data transceiver system uniform number for all the data, save data and notify data processing system.The data processing system will analysis the data from communication power monitoring system terminal, and decide if alarm and take next step.Finally, combine the problems of experiment and verification, defined the next step should be to continue to work towards, and proposed suggestions and prospects for communication power monitoring and orientation system further research.
