The Research in the field of medical imaging there are two independent research arms, medical imageing system,and medical image processing. One is the image pick-up, the formation process, including the mechanism for imaging, imaging equipment, imaging systems and other issues of the analysis. The second is that the images have already been received for further processing, the aim is to restore the original image, is not clear enough.or highlight some features of the image information, or the image for pattern classification. Follow-up image segmentation medical image processing and analysis is a key link in the main current trends of its development is to improve the segmentation speed, accuracy of segmentation, automation.Visualization of medical imaging in clinical application, the purpose of supporting the clinic, with its visual manifestation of the abstract to the specific characteristics of the diagnosis of medical imaging has become the pivotal position. Three-dimensional visualization of medical imaging technology and covers the pre-rendering technology to draw. Pretreatment technology to enhance image rendering into texture segmentation labeling, extraction, integration of matching steps; drawing method is divided into Volume Rendering (VR) and Surface Rendering(SR). But the reconstruction of large amounts of data, algorithms to perform complex, the three-dimensional data can be drawn into the induction interaction, proximate real graphics difficult.This article introduces medical image segmentation and visualization of three-dimensional reconstruction of meaning and status at home and abroad, this leads to the main research papers and engaged in a major work.Image segmentation and medical thinking of the various algorithms and features of great debate.The basic idea of watershed algorithm details and features, combined with the characteristics of the brain MRI shows an improved watershed algorithm for medical images, the method of calculation is simple operation, improved inhibition of over-segmentation algorithm on the one hand phenomenon, on the other hand significantly increased noise immunity for the MRI at the edge of the gray fuzzy area segmentation significant effect. The next section is summarizing the medical imaging and visualization of three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm design and platform structures, and clarify the division of MRI slices were extracted two-dimensional tomography, three-dimensional model reconstruction of tissue organs, relying on the model of the split, and three-dimensional display window,medical treatment plan for significance. Finally introducte 3DMed (3D Medical Image Processing and Analyzing System) based on MITK about medical image processing and analysis system,the system primarily to medical workers, in aid of intuitive tools to perform more precise treatment, will even make it apply to health care in remote assistance and give an application example. Summarizes all the work of the paper, point out the further orientation research in the corresponding area.
