Computer technology turned to be an essential component in modern medicine in the fast developing sciences time. Especially for medicine image technology, which offered abundant accurate evidences in clinic diagnosis, preoperative plan, also simulate treatments, etc. So far, traditional image devices such as CT and MRI would only access to scan two dimensional sections, while modern medicine needs three dimensional data to exhibit more complicate anatomic information and organ structures for preoperative estimation and operation programs. Our study thus analysis the operation training systems of domestic and overseas and raise some difficulties in virtual surgeries. Develop three-dimensional reconstruction in medicine images is important in the sense. The data involved were collected by MRI for its fastest nonradioactive clearness imaging compared to X-ray or CT. The study introduced the DICOM memory formats of the data and how to read the data in DICOM, also compared some medicine arithmetic platforms. Since VTK or ITK or both have limits, we chose MITK to reconstruct three-dimensional images. The study compared some medicine arithmetic operations in three-dimensional reconstruction part; introducing the principle and methods of Surface Rendering and Volume Rendering. We analyzed the features of different arithmetic methods and reconstructed the three-dimensional image of pancreas by using MITK Volume Rendering. In the end of the study, we introduced the system and provided a three-dimensional image which reconstructed by reading the two-dimensional sections image for surgery operations.
