Research Of Wide Dynamic Range Transmitter

Sonar transmitter is a very important component in active sonar equipment and different transmitters of active sonar can be used in different active sonar system. Paper mainly discusses a certain linear wide dynamic range of power amplifier.The characteristics of the various power amplifer and PWM D class of power amplifers,and transformer power synthesis technology are discussed in this paper.And the design scheme of wide dynamic range adjuustable power amplifer through AB class power amplifer and D class power amplifer power synthesis are determined in this paper.In this paper,the characteristics and selection principle of power MOSFET are analyzed,and the problem of the characteristics of MOSFET driver circuit, transformer design method,the AB class power amplifer circuit form,the choice of operational amplifiers are discussed in the paper.Thus the design,realization D class power amplifer of 200W power and AB class amplifer of 197.4W power.The dynamic range for 1.96W to 361W power amplifer is realized.After experimental testing, the class D power amplifier and class AB power amplifier all achieved the design requirements and the power amplifier after power synthesized compied with the design requirements.
