Power amplifier is an important part of wireless transmitter system, its action is carried out on the RF signal amplifier, its target is exporting power to external load. At the same time power amplifier consumes most of wireless transmitter power, so the efficiency of power amplifier is the key to improve the performance of the wireless communication system, and F/inverse F class power amplifier because it has some advantages such as simple circuit structure, higher efficiency, has become the hot topics in the study of high-efficiency power amplifier. This topic for the F/inverse F class control harmonic wave in power amplifier circuit to carry on the research and design, put forward the design method of inserting the parasitic parameters compensation circuit in the harmonic control network circuit, achieved based on the harmonic control circuit of high efficiency F/inverse F power amplifier design.This thesis mainly completed the following research work:(1) A kind of method which is insert parasitic parameters matching circuit into harmonic control network to design class F power amplifieris proposed in this paper. Adopt harmonic two-way traction technology, on the ADS simulation software simulation designed a class F power amplifier which work at the 1.25 GHz frequency. The class F amplifier has the characteristics of high efficiency, wide working frequency band, when the input signal power is 34 dBm, the output power of the power amplifier is 47.6 dBm, additional efficiency more than 74.3%, the small signal gain of 16.6 dB, bandwidth of 240 MHZ.(2) Application of LDMOS transistors equivalent circuit model to extract power transistor parasitic parameters and using the harmonic two-way traction technology, obtions parameters of microstrip line of parasitic parameters matching circuits and the every harmonic optimal impedance value of the transistor. On ADS simulation software,Simulation designed a s-band inverse class F power amplifier. On the basis, make a inverse class F power amplifier and carry it on the test. Finally,test results and the software simulation results are basically identical. The inverse class F amplifier, when the input signal power is 30 dBm power amplifier,output power is 43.8 dBm, additional efficiency more than 73.0%, the small signal gain of 13.8 dB, bandwidth of 100 MHZ, the various performance indicators meet the design requirements.
