The technology of linear CCD is widely used in untouched measurement system. There are requirement of making measurement system because the professional measurement device and laboratory equipment of linear CCD are very costly. Linear CCD chip is a core of the system. There are many linear CCD Driving designs, The former designs is hard to transplant, When measurement condition or measurement request changes, linear CCD chip should be replaced and driving circuit need be designed again which cost a lot of manpower and material resources. There are some research to solve the problems in the dissertation. Many hardware tools and software were analyzed for it. After the factors are considered, FPGA/CPLD was selected as hardware and C# was selected as hardware. A untouched measurement system of linear CCD was designed on the base. There is a Linear CCD Driving method which is easy to transplant in the design. TCD1209D of toshiba was drived by EP2C8Q208C8N of Altera. EP2C8Q208C8N belong to Cycloneâ…¡FPGA. Verilog was adopt as hardware description language. The results of modelsim simulation and hardware experiment shows that the method is feasible. After amending the progress of driver, TCD1304AP of toshiba was drived by EPM240 of Altera. EPM240 belong to MAX II CPLD. The results of modelsim simulation and hardware experiment shows that the method is feasible and easy to transplant also. The upper computer software was made by C#. After finishing the measurement system, diameter measuring experiment of parallel light imaging, diameter measuring experiment of lessening image and angle Measuring experiment of lessening image were implemented. The results of the experiments show that the design is feasible.
