Temperature control system used widelily in such trades as building , petrochemical industry , metallurgy , machine-building , light textile , food processing of power plant ,etc, so have wide prospects .This system comes from the temperature value of work on the spot of temperature control through gathering because of the computer PCI bus structure, change through AD, reach workers and accuse of the adaptive temperature control software system on the computer, use MRAC algorithm derived out on the basis of Popov super stability theory to calculate out the controlling amount, the main return circuit adopts PWM to control the scheme.The main content of this text divides into two great one, one based on design and implement of CPLD-based PCI interface , thermocouple raptured , cold-end compensated, A/D transform, sampling amplified circuit. one is design of WDM driver software of PCI interface and adaptive temperature control software system on the computer. Having done a brief illustration to PCI norm at first in the article, it is analysed that the goal module of PCI and backstage supporter control structure of the module , operation principle and design the main point , have explain the performance , characteristic , operation method of XC95288 series CPLD, has proposed adopting 6400 doors of CPLDs that Xilinx Company produced, XC95288XL-7TQ144C device, describe with present popular hardware language Verilog HDL as means of developing , design PCI bus goal module and backstage supporter control the module, and apply 12 No. PCI interface part , temperature of control system to by chip CPLD, design and break measuring occasionally meanwhile, the cold end is compensated, A/D transform, samples to enlarge the circuit. Have developed the software of drive based on PCI interface, read and written the function after realizing I/O. Accuse of the temperature control systems soft ware on the computer after developing workers, has used MRAC to control law and control algorithms as the core. The whole system passed the verification of the real working state finally. Have established the foundation for the research work that will develop the extensive data collecting system on PCI bus in the future.
