Emergency rescue and border war action are important task of Yunnan frontier front-line troops, and characteristics of their actions determine the specificity of command network. Therefore, how to ensure the smooth flow of command network systems in emergency conditions, has become a serious problem. In this thesis, the routing technique of command network systems in emergency conditions is studied, and the network routing protocol is designed and protocol procedure are developed. This paper combines the features of Ad-Hoc Networks and design requirements of Ad-Hoc routing protocols, Detailed design of routing protocol is carried out in this paper according to the specific requirements of Forest Fire Command Network This paper studies the route discovery protocol, updating and maintenance mechanism, gives the protocol finite state machine model, discuses the need for packet protocol type and designs of a variety of message formats. For the question of full convergence based on distance vector routing algorithm, This protocol uses the method which Combined of triggered updates and range partitioning method with reversal of toxicity to solve this problem.According to the working principle of routing protocols, routing protocol program is developed, and routing protocol is divided into five modules and three layers refer to OSI model. Using Object-oriented programming ideas, packet capture thread, package analysis thread, routing topology construction thread, route maintenance update thread and forward thread are designed comprehensively combined with multi-threaded programming. Finally, routing protocol is tested through setting up a test environment. The result shows that this routing protocol has the obvious advantages of fast networking, sensitive topological reaction and low overhead on CPU,memory and bandwidth.
