In this paper, by using the basic principles, the theory and the method of Marxism, by using the historical perspective, focusing on the work of Jiang Zemin's theory and discussion on the important aspects of the News Ideology , and in this paper the author illustrates its historical background and theory source, and in accordance with this, wedivide the theory of Jiang Zeming into three periods, and discusses the theory in detail , give an analysis of the prominent characteristic.At last the author reveals the particular theoretical and pragmatic meaning of Jiang Zemin's theory of News .The thesis includes three parts: the preface, the text and the conclusion.In the preface,the author main introduces the purpose of this study discusses the current research status of Jiang Zemin's News Ideology , the main content and innovation of this ideology.
