Research On The Integration Programs Of Telecom Integrated Service Management Platform

In view of the development of the telecommunication service, there are two trends: First, the development of chip technology rapidly promoting the calculation capacity , the calculation capacity of mobile terminal has been rapidly increasing, intelligent terminal spreading in high speed, and mobile network substituting the fixed network faster;Second, data service of internet developing more rapidly, mobile internet service increasingly diverting the traditional voice service. There two trends accelerating the competition and integration of mobile communication and internet. Therefore, the development of telecommunication requires technology shifts and service innovation. Telecommunication certainly will build management platform for comprehensive services , will generally integrate internet resources and will fully manage the operation and innovation of new services, in order to promote the service level. ISMP(Integrated Service Management Platform ) was created in the background of realizing the strategic transformation of integrated services operation. It aims to promote the integration of services and it is the core network of the services network and is responsible for managing users, services, products and service package and also for managing unified authentication ,unified identification and unified billing.In this paper, the background of building management platform for comprehensive services will be introduced first. The number of users has been increasing in large scale. According to the feedbacks from the front of market and maintenance department, there are many problems with functions and securities of the original value added service management platform, whose overall design and implementation and network construction are much different from the current service technology system and network of telecommunication. Thus , it can not meet the requirement of developing services. The infrastructure of the original platform could not connect with the telecom actual network. So, it was not in line with the development trend. The integration plan gave up the original platform infrastructure , redesigned networking scheme and the structure of platform topology. The research of integration plan refers to stable operation of integrated services, and is of important significance and application value, for developing the value added services of telecom operators.In this paper , there will be brief summary about WAP and SMS involving the integrated services management platform. The focuses will be on overall frame and construction principle of platform. In connection with real network, the operation plan of integrating the two important services , WAP and SMS, will be proposed. On the basis of researching the original network, The systematic overall framework and the construction principle of internet will be addressed. And the advices for selecting equipments and database will be given, in order to realize the functions of platform.On the basis of researching and designing the overall construction, there will be estimate for systematic performance of the integrated service management platform. Proposals for designing the platform network will be brought up , and the status of overall network construction and Carrier network in our province will be introduced. The estimate for broadband of every service network will be done. Will estimate the demand of bandwidth for CN2 core network and give the principle of distributing IP addresses.
