The visualization method of infrared radiation is an important part of infra-red thermal imaging application technology. Put the infrared thermal radiation signals into a visible target, which is important means of military reconnaissance, warning and night charge cable. With the development of infrared detecting tech-nology, the technology has been used from the military to industrial and civil field. The application requirements and focus in the industrial fields and military application of infrared thermal detection technology have big difference. In the process of research, the visualization method is more attention thermal field sub-tle change and targets of visual degree,especially in the high-resolution and high-precision detection visual output, non-destructive testing of industrial applica-tions, the thermal field of the target, the dynamic distribution of temperature field and so on, and can provide for people accustomed to the visual effects observed, and it can provide the visual effects which are suitable for people's observation habit.Based on the study infrared radiation detection technology, according to the analysis of the infrared radiation data in various environments, the visualization results can be get by many mehtods. The visualization method which bases on the data distribution of infrared thermal radiation is proposed on the basis of comparative analysis. The model and the application of conventional method of the infrared thermal radiation visualization are illuminated; meanwhile the appli-cation analysis and verification are given. The different target bodys under the same environment background collect the data.We can compare and anylze the data gray, in the end, we can get a conclusion that the infrared radiation visuali-zation data gray is skewness distribution. And we can know the the skewness dis-tribution is a basic correction factor and the ideal grey distribution is normal evenly distributed by calcuating. We can infer whether its gray is normal distri-bution on the basis of the linear visualization algorithm and amend the visualiza-tion algorithm. Finally, we can analyze the objective histogram in order to illus-trate the application of the infrared radiation skewness normal strategy visualiza-tion method.We can get the good visual approach in the study of the visualization method of infrared radiation. VC++ platform is the foundation of implementing the infrared radiation visualization software platform. We can copmlile the pro-grammes of the visual software according to the characteristics of infrared radia-tion. In the paper, five modules including the infrared thermal radiation data col-lected, real-time data processed and visualization, data and file recorded, filesys-tem configuration and data analysis tool can be established. The system has many applications, such as wood drying technology, high power LED established, which shows the characteristics of infrared thermal radiation.
