As infrared thermal image is a combination of infrared functional image and structural image,it's convenient,low cost,non-toxic and non-invasive,so it has attracted more and more attention in the field of medicine.But at present analysis of infrared image is mainly by artificial experience of the doctor,lack of special image processing software,at the same time,the high cost of large infrared thermal imager and the limitation o f time and space,which has become the major limitation of infrared image for medical applications.In recent years,with the development of infrared technology,in the field of infrared thermal imaging,portable infrared imager has appeared on the market already,this helps to break the limits of cost and space-time.Some thermal imager manufacturer has provide processing software,so the infrared thermal image has been applied in many medical aspects successfully.This project is based on the palm and face images collected by portable infrared imager and then design the processing and analysis algorithm and realize the software system to analysis thermal image,aiming to provide auxiliary role for the doctor's diagnosis.The infrared thermal image reflects the temperature distribution of the object,some diseases can cause changes of the temperature distribution of body surface,the thermal infrared image can detect the temperature distribution to analyze some diseases,it is the basic principle of disease diagnosis by medical infrared thermal image.This paper starts from the basic theory of infrared thermal radiation,reveals the nature of human infrared thermal radiation and the principle of medical diagnosis and analysi s of infrared thermal image.Aiming at the infrared image of low resolution,low contrast,this paper designs the model of general image preprocessing;Special s egmentation model is proposed to get the result of segmentation--Region of Interest;Special analysis model is proposed to analysis the temperature distribution of ROI,which used basic analysis method and symmetry analysis method.The algorithm proposed in this paper has high segmentation accuracy,and can do simple analysis and provide statistical data,which can provide greater help for auxiliary diagnosis.As infrared image is low resolution,the analysis efficiency depends on the segmentation results,in order to make the segmentation results more accurate,this paper designs a series of special infrared thermal image analysis algorithm :(1)the innovation of segmentation of the palm image by using the method of coarse segmentation and fine segmentation to improve the accuracy of segmentation.(2)The facial image segmentation,feature center locat ion by using the Harris operator and the K-means clustering algorithm,judged error after positioning,incorrect the wrong positioning by the "three court five" correction theory.(3)it uses many kinds of analysis method to analysis symmetry.This paper proposes a software system in the simulation platform to realize the algorithm,this software also includes patient information management function so that the doctor can manage patient data conveniently,this system provides a great supporting role for the doctor,so it has a certain practical value and use value.
