During the mining process of the oil field, effect of water injection has been playing an important role, which directly determines the speed and rate of harvesting of reservoir exploitation. Now injection method of many domestic big oilfield is one-measuring and one-adjusting. Namely, only one layer of injection well is measured and adjusted at one time, when measure and adjust multi-layer, it needed to finish it repeatedly. This kind of way not only has long adjustment cycle, waste funds but also has a low accuracy. It has been completely unable to meet the requirements of growing low cost, high efficiency, high precision. The measuring and adjusting system in the stratified flow of eccentric injection well which studied in this paper change the traditional way of measuring-adjusting.The measuring and adjusting system in the stratified flow of eccentric injection well is a visualization intelligent system. This design divided into CAN bus communication, the host computer, down hole measuring and adjusting instrument three-part. Can bus interface design supply CAN bus communication to the entire measuring and adjusting system. The host computer as a human interface to achieve the real-time monitoring of down hole measuring and adjusting instrument, which put underground to measure and adjust. This system achieve the remote control of the host computer to down hole measuring and adjusting instrument on the base of can communication, and add expert PID control strategy to achieve the automatic adjustment of flow. Its main characteristic is that it could finish test and allocate at one time and has the function of measuring and allocating at the same time. Used with eccentric water distributor, when measuring and adjusting one segment of layer, other layers were not affected. At the same time, the flow measured and adjusted is single-layer flow. So the adjustment process is quick and accurate, which solve frequently cast or salvage, low efficiency, long measuring-adjusting cycle, strong working intensity in the conventional testing method.
