Use Expert System to guide grain storage has gained remarkable application effect in high yield, high quality, and high efficiency.Now, computer detection system of grain status and mechanical ventilation system are equipped in many grain depots. The computer detection system of grain status can detect the various parameters of granary, grain storage holder offer field device control according to data of detected, then it isn't really realize intelligent control. On the other hand, changes of grain status are related to varieties of grain, temperature, humidity of storage environment, original grain moisture content and so many other factors, such Manual handling does not make scientific and accurate judgment of grain changes, either deal with the history of grain reserves scientifically.It is a major unresolved issue that how to combine the Artificial Intelligence and the grain detection technology and modern control technology and computer technology to achieve automatic control of grain. Expert system is a computer program designed to construct a system model that can simulate human thoughts to solving problem just like an expert. When expert system technology is applied to the field of decision-making of grain detection and control, the ability of grain depot managers'decision-making and reasoning judgment are improved, so does intelligent quality of ventilation decision-making. This paper conducted to explore this area of research.This paper analyzes the principle and method of decision-making of grain detection and control, then summarize and extract expert knowledge from it. The uncertainty of expert knowledge and reasoning evidence are handled by reasoning method based on fuzzy integrated decision-making according to the characteristics of the extracted knowledge.This paper use of design ideology and methods of computer software engineering and expert systems by decision-making knowledge of grain detection and control to explore and realize the key technologies of database, knowledge representation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge base establishment, reasoning mechanisms and explaining mechanisms.Intelligent control, database, Automation control and other technology are applied to intelligent detection and control expert system of grain storage. We can simulate and compare the situation of decision-making and control of grain detection and control in different storage requirements and environment when combined computer science and Automation control science. Test results show that this system runs stably, accurately and effectively .this system well suit for the design requirements and have reached the level of experts in this field. |
