Water position sensor is widely used in fully-auto washer and fuzzy control-washer. It is used to measure the water position in the box of washer. And the quality of the sensor is important to the quality whole washer.The sensor should be adjusted before used. Traditionally the sensor adjusted by hand. A worker can adjust only one by one time, poor efficiency and especially poor quality. Different man may have different way in adjusting, and the data can hardly be collected, so that it is hardly to control the quality of sensor manufacturing.It is necessary to develop a water position sensor automatically adjusting system. Firstly this system can automatically control water stage; then the system can automatically detect the sensor's output; and the last the system should adjust the sensor automatically depend on sensor's output.This paper is on the design of the system of water position sensor automatically adjusting. This system use press of gas to simulate water press. The system can adjust 16 sensors one time. And the 16 sensors use one common gas chamber. System designed a new method of frequency measuring and designed a new method to control step motor to adjust the sensor .the system can collect the data automatically so that the quality of sensor manufacturing could be managed. This system use ARM processor and CAN field bus, so the system runs fast and steady.
