Research On The Comprehensive Management System Of Employment Service Based On Data Mining

Since 1999,China's higher education scale expands rapidly,the number of students increased greatly,which not only brought a lot of pressure to graduating students who will face employment,but also brought no small pressure for the management staff of the employment.In the face of the pressure,as an important branch of China's graduate employment management,department of graduate of xi 'an talent center hopes to use management information systems and decision support technology to improve the management of Xi'an graduates 's information,so as to better provide graduates guidance and help for their employment and entrepreneurship.In view of the above requirements and the actual work of the graduates of Xi'an talent center,this paper uses ASP.NET technology to design and develop a comprehensive management system of employment services for graduates in Xi'an based on B/S model.The system includes graduation registration module,graduate employment training module,entrepreneurship training module and employment assistance module,which provides talent center staff with information management,information statistics and analysis,allocation of roles and permissions,report printing and export related business functions to achieve the design goal for the effective management of a large number of complex information.At the same time,according to the demand that the city center staff need decision support for the analysis of graduate employment service,the paper study and analysis the technology and application of data mining.In addition,the paper use the history data of the system which relevant to graduate employment to mining data with decision tree classification and association rules analysis.Through the analysis of mining results,the talent center staff can get the guidance about possible improvement of the employment service contents and methods.At present,the comprehensive management system of employment services for graduates has been used in city talent centers.It significantly improve the quality and efficiency of employment service management.And the application of data mining in the system can also provide data support for the analysis and prediction of the employment situation of graduates.
