Power Enterprises Personnel Information Management System Design And Implementation

This thesis is mainly about a development and application example of power personnel Information Management System.It is a a complete database application development system. In this thesis the main design elements:the background of system design,system overview,the analysis of system requirements,detailed design,outline design etc.Among them,in the demand analysis,the system data flow diagram is described in detail in this thesis.In the detailed design,this thesis designs the database of the power personnel information managerment system.In the summary design,this thesis designs the main function modules of the power personnel information managerment system.The power personnel information managerment system combines the power sector in the actual personnel system and financial regulations,making the actual needs analysis.Using the powerful Visual C++ 6.0 as a development tool,and using the access 2000 as the back-end database to develop a complete personnel information management system.In this thesis the principles to design the power personnel information managerment system is friendly inferface,easy to operate,security,convenient and practical.This thesis realized the function of manage the customers,payroll of employee,employee training and employee attendance,such as adding the new employee files,managing the old staff position changes and salary adjustments,changs to query information,including emlpoyee informationchanges,total fat and printing wages table.Finally,the paper makes a detaied testing and analysis for the designed system.The experimental results show that the designed power personnel information management system could meet the management needs for the power enterprise,such as the power of the personnel changes,salary adjustments etc.Morever,it also reflects that the system is simple and practical,use-friendly,security and reliable.
