Repair System Design And Implementation, Web-based Multimedia

The birth and development of the network has subverted the traditional information dissemination means, broke all the barriers of time and space in the traditional means of communication, and changed totally activities including the physical and spirit, form and content, production and life, thus bringing new opportunities as well as challenges to human beings。Multimedia technology as the core, reflecting the modern information technology, multimedia teaching not only improve the effectiveness of teaching and teaching quality, but also for the traditional teaching and teaching reform platform. As the use of multimedia classrooms of teachers increased, because of improper operation resulting from the failure also increases。In the traditional management model, when the multimedia teaching equipment failure, the need for the repair personnel by telephone or other means with the maintenance staff to get in touch, and maintenance personnel to deal with failure, manual fill out a form, register the results; management is regular or not on a regular basis of these data collection and analysis. So for the repair, maintenance personnel and managers, there are some restrictions; repair personnel must promptly contact the maintenance personnel, or information can not be communicated to the maintenance department, and the corresponding failure can not be immediately removed; and management requires frequent manual data processing , but due to a wide range of multimedia teaching equipment failure, not only in the statistical analysis of data, time-consuming, there is meta-analysis may be wrong.To improve this situation, this thesis proposed and implemented a web-based multimedia repair system, which can improve the management of equipment to improve equipment utilization, but also because of the increased interaction with the user, can be a good understanding of user requirements, identify problems in time or even ahead, improve efficiency and effectiveness.Having been tested, this system has advantages of friendly interface, simple operation, stable operation, easy expansion and upgrades, and easy maintenance.
