During the preliminary stage of air vehicle development, the selection and confirmation of launch scheme directly relates to the feasibility and design quality of the general design scheme, thus finally affecting the development of the whole air vehicle. Currently problems as intertwined coordination and organization structure, asynchronous coordination among specialties and units, multiple margin of design and calculation result are existing during the project demonstration development process, resulting in low quality of design demonstration result and long time consumption, which not only doubles the workload but also reduces the work quality of launch specialty and related specialties, and leaves problems behind for the following development work.This paper studies to realize simulation analysis of launch system by adopting sub-model for calculation of each sub-subject and then assembly of each functional model at the system level. It borrows the development method based on structural member to use the current software model of each subject to the largest extent, and realizes communication between one or a few of models having integration function and the current software. After that, they are assembled to achieve the simulation analysis and optimization of launch process on the software platform.
