The all-digital simulation technology based on computer has been one of the key technologies in aerospace area. As an important spacecraft, a lot of simulation technologies have been used in Launch Vehicle with the design, verification training and other areas of research which greatly promotes the development of modern rocket technology. Launch Vehicle consists of seven subsystems, like the control, power and measurement subsystem, and the control subsystem is the most important one, which takes responsibility for the rocket flight navigation, guidance, attitude control, flight control, power supply and so on.The research work described in the thesis is a part of the'all-digital'pilot project, which aims to design and develop a test and simulation software for the Launch Vehicle Control Subsystem and then can solve the problem of lack of the real equipments in daily training in Launch Center.The architecture based on the MDA and HLA is used in the software. First of all, according to MDA design theory and the testing requirement, the system is divided into unit test module, subsystem test module and the whole system test module. In the unit and subsystem test module, the case diagrams and flowcharts of the UML are used to analysis the requirement, and then the platform-independent model can be finished to separate the tight coupling relationship between the business design and realization technology. After that, platform specific model is described by class map in UML and then the numerical models, visual models and virtual test instruments of the test equipment are built by the modeling tools, like the Matlab/Simulink, 3ds max and Measurement studio for VC++. The software is developed in the MFC platform. To the whole system test module, the federation is designed according to the HLA architecture and the federation is divided by four federate members, which are the main control member, data member, visual member and status member. All the federate members are been described by the SOM and FOM table and their interoperability and reusability are achieved in the HLA-RTI Federate platform. All the models are stored in public database to facilitate reuse of the models. The realization of the Launch Vehicle Control System Test and Simulation software not only can solve the problem of lack equipments in daily training but also broaden the using range of HLA. It has the certain reference value for the design of distributional real-time test and simulation system.
