With the development of computer simulation technology, digital simulation method has been widely applied in aerospace. Launch vehicle,kind of typical spacecrafts,has been studied on design, verification and training by simulation, which greatly promoted the development of launch vehicle. Launch vehicle is composed of control system, dynamic system and testing system. As the power plant of launch vehicle, dynamic system not only guarantees its normal flight, but also provides power for attitude control, orbital transfer and return.Due to"Non-Equipment"during training, National Space Department proposes simulation technology in the training oriented program. As the main part of"all-digital launch vehicle"program, the primary goal of this thesis is to design a testing and simulation system for launch vehicle dynamic system.Launch vehicle dynamic system, as research object, is designed in this thesis. Numerical model is built with MATLAB/Simulink and scene model is built with 3Ds Max directly in MFC development environment of VS2005.NET and HLA/RTI simulation platform. Then visual man-machine interface combined with Measurement Studio virtual instrument technology is realized. Based on the information of data, curve, scene, indicator light and meter, the whole lift-off process was showed, which meets the requirement to replace the real system. The key technology of this simulation software includes calling simulation model by MATLAB numerical engine, calculation and real-time data transmission, and calling 3Ds Max scene model by Open Inventor. The frame of dynamic simulation system contains control federate, state federate, data federate and scene federate from High Level Architecture Object Model. Control federate is in charge of promoting process, state federate is responsible for displaying indicator light of running steps, data federate displays data analysis, and scene federate lays out gas path and components 3ds max scene model of dynamic system in simulation. The Interaction classes and parameters of all above federates are managed by FOM(Federation Object Model) and SOM(Simulation Object Model).In conclusion, comparison of simulation results and testing data demonstrated that this simulation software has the following merits: correct numerical and scene model, stable operation, high similarity and effective design method. It not only offers the platform for training simulation, but also builds a favorable foundation for further research.
