China Mobile Inner Mongolia Logistics Information Management Platform Design And Realization

In the 21st century, the Information Age, information become a very significant and strategic resource for the development of our society and national economic construction. Traditional and outmoded enterprises needs to be transformed by information technology and traditional methods of running enterprises should be replaced with modern information methods in administration, which become the trend of the times and the desire of the people. Therefore, after joining the WTO, informationization must be the only way for enterprises of our country to improve their core competitiveness and a passport for them to participate in global competition as well.China Mobile Communication Corporation (CMCC) owns the system of MIS, EMOS, BOSS etc. after many year's developing. All these systems have the data of logistic management. But they can not share these data to each other and suit CMCC's requirement.To solving problems described above, logistics department of CMCC developed a new logistic management system - CMCC logistic platform. This system base on SOA, packed model of legacy system as web services, developed new model by java and make the MIS, EMOSS and BOSS can communicate with this system through enterprise service bus. The deployment of this system enhance the level of CMCC's logistic management, avoid lost of legacy system and reduced the problem of development in future.Base on the development of this system, this thesis firstly introduces the history and current situation of logistics and logistic system. Then introduces the developing method of C/S and B/S, and compares the advantage and weak point of these two methods. To integrate different mode systems, this thesis researches developing method based on SOA, and designes CMCC logistic platform. Finally make summary and raise the problem unsolved.
