In recent years, teachers take advantage of internet for reflective teaching, doing research and training on the internet without time and space limitations, which has already become an important means for campus instructional research and regional instructional research, by which a new method for teacher's occupation specialization has been developed. Compared with learning alone or working by personal experience without network, web-based instructional research can help many teachers to utilize high technology to study in high efficiency and collaborate with other people well, which not only strengthens teachers'instructional research consciousness and stimulates their active learning desire, but also improves their reflective abilities and forms their reflective habits. However, it is important to establish a better web-based instructional research platform to implement web-based instructional research regularly, popularly and in well organization.A web-based instructional research platform for elementary and middle school teachers is designed and implemented in this dissertation. The main reaserch contents are as follows: the total system structural framing composed of many layers is designed to get a safe, stable and highly efficient web-based instructional research system for teacher by analyzing its customers, performances and other characteristics; a B/S structure-based instructional research platform is implemented by utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio2005 as developing tool, using ASP.NET as developing techinal frame, making SQL Server2005 as background database, and employing C# as developing language, and the B/S structure is significant for realizing all the functons of the system, and is convenient for system expansion and integration in the future. Finally, it is verified that the platform developed in this dissertation can meet the operating requirements very well by testing its functions, performances, security, usability, client-terminal compatibility, and so on.The characteristcs of the web-based instructional research platform developed in the dissertation are as follows: as for specific functions, it can help teachers to build up their personal studios including personal blogs, resources, courses and albums; every teacher can initiate a personalized co-operation group, and other teachers can join it voluntarily and add information and resources with the management of the creator. because each teacher is from a specific department (e.g., moral education group, grade group, and subject group) or from a specific subject (e.g., Chinese, Mathematics, and English etc.), the departments of the school can filter and select the blogs, resources and courses from teachers'personal studios and then organize them into the resources that can be shared by all the teacher in the school. All these characteristcs make it convenient for teachers to discuss questions, learn knowledge and improve their capacities together.
