Research And Development Of The Instructional Resources Database System Based On .NET

Network merely provides necessary basic conditions for implementing network education. The construction of educational resource is the precondition and base of the implementing network education. As important content of constructing educational resources, web-based instructional resources database can create a good teaching and learning environment for students and teachers, so it is very necessary for improving the quality of educational resources and affording better supporting services that researching and exploring how to construct and apply web-based instructional resources database.This paper outlines the developing history in Chinese education resources database, systematically analyzes the contents and ideas of a series of correlative technology standard, such as Technology Standard of Education Resources Construction, proposes a practical method based on those correlative technology standards to build a education resource management frame. The main content of my work is listed as follows:1. This paper provides a unique standard for developing education resources according to technology criterions issued by nation, maintaining core part of the existed technology criteria, and concerning the building scale, applying scope, and special situation establishes education resource base technology criteria in Tianjin Radio and TV University.2. This paper further discusses the architecture of the existed platform of Chinese network resource database and pointed out its advantages and disadvantages. According to the special requirement in Tianjin Radio and TV University, this project established the working principle, the requirement model, the implementing plan, the system architecture, the relating details and the implementing database system based on C/S and B/S hybrid construction as well as the .NET platform, which has convenient manage interfaces and friendly user interfaces.3. This paper builds rational database model and access construction, guaranteeing the efficiency of data access and meeting the requirement of task processing, involving selection of system model, design of database, part and implement of function module, and description of the design details.Finally, this paper gives a smart network education resource management system, and systematically tested the function, the properties and security of the proposed system.
