With the continuous development of information technology, higher education has moved from the original hand slowly to the teaching methods of education in computer aided instruction (CAI), computer-assisted learning (CAL) to the development of information technology and curriculum integration(IITC)phase. Web-based Interactive Teaching Platform has become the key to the realization of IITC. Currently, this education teaching methods and teaching platform is extremely rare, especially in terms of Ili Normal University, College of information into a natural way to school development, therefore, our reality, and build an application IITC field, teaching coverage, wide range of teaching and support of pluralistic teaching and interactive classroom teaching mode for teaching platform become an urgent problem.This topic Yili Teachers College with the current development status of teaching management system, the basic idea in software engineering under the guidance of the Yili Teachers College in my teaching management system, a detailed needs analysis, based on the complete functionality of the system design requirements, non-functional needs, and use SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate)development framework based onB/S structure to complete the system design and implementation work. Meanwhile, the combination of the use case diagram in the form of detailed analysis of the system, and on this basis to complete the system module design, database design, security design model design. Finally, from the perspective of system implementation and testing to show effectiveness of the system features and applications. Yili Teachers College is my interactive management system architecture based on SSH, with EXTJS front display technology, the development of a highly visual impact and reflect the degree of user education and teaching system. In the functional design, completed the main user management module, operations management modules, courses arranging mode, status management module, test management module, interactive evaluation module, performance management module design and implementation, and finally passed the test, indicating that the system good real-time interactivity and concurrent load force, to achieve the application of standards.
