Then combined with this software engineering technology and the Sichuan Provincial Power Company Ziyang's rural network project management system, based on the idea of information systems development, researched the system solutions, and completed the detailed design and some implementation results.The rural power project management system designed in this paper using B/S model as the overall framework, it's the interaction architecture between browser and server, using the popular three-tier MVC architecture, separating the system's model layer, view layer and control layer, has reached decoupling purposes, to facilitate system development and maintenance. The system is based on the ASP.NET development platform, using IIS application server, using SQL Server 2000 as the database server. In this paper, use the UML for various functional modules from the system requirements analysis to modeling, and implemented some of the features.The research and design in this paper expects to establish an automatic digital integrated power company rural power project management system. Make the system to be a powerful tool to manage power company rural power system and promote the infrastructure of rural power projects, and help the company to effectively improve the rural power project management, and create greater value for the company, and provide more effective technical support for the network construction.
