In recent years, with the power company's progress in the restructuring, the company's business objective has undergone profound changes. The building a "strong power grid, excellent asset, high quality service, excellent performance" company has become the consensus of the power company, so whether the power company's construction of project management information system can meet the development needs of the company is already an important subject. With the popularity of computer and the rapid development of network technology, it's possible to share the resources. The information in a more scientific management has become an integral part around the overall production, operation and management of the company. In the current situation, the network for the company is not only an effective means of communication, but also a communication bridge between management and production. With the rapid progress of the computer industry, information technology applications in the power company are matured, and have been gradually penetrating the company's reform and development. Its application and level of development is important measurement standards for the strength of a company.The project management information system is developed with project management theory and methods, information and communications technology. Since the 1990s, power engineering began to speed up its construction, and power engineering information technology has been a rapid development, then a lot of project management information products emerged. However, power engineering construction involves a wide range of professional, so the system that can fully cover all aspects of construction management is also less. Most projects use different information systems for different business content, and through the establishment of interface structures make the whole process of power engineering construction information platform. But for the 10kV and below, specifically for the construction of rural power management system design and implementation of Ziyang companies become urgent and necessary.In order to adapt to the modern and advanced power management needs of the project's rural network, this paper analysis and sophisticated Ziyang Sichuan Power Company's actual situation of rural power project management and functional requirements, in-depth understood the situation of the rural power grid construction and the current domestic and international related to the development of the system, learned the current project management systems technology development status and trends, briefly described the project management system design and development process involved a number of technical concepts. Then combined with this software engineering technology and the Sichuan Provincial Power Company Ziyang's rural network project management system, based on the idea of information systems development, researched the system solutions, and completed the detailed design and some implementation results.The rural power project management system designed in this paper using B/S model as the overall framework, it's the interaction architecture between browser and server, using the popular three-tier MVC architecture, separating the system's model layer, view layer and control layer, has reached decoupling purposes, to facilitate system development and maintenance. The system is based on the ASP.NET development platform, using IIS application server, using SQL Server 2000 as the database server. In this paper, use the UML for various functional modules from the system requirements analysis to modeling, and implemented some of the features.The research and design in this paper expects to establish an automatic digital integrated power company rural power project management system. Make the system to be a powerful tool to manage power company rural power system and promote the infrastructure of rural power projects, and help the company to effectively improve the rural power project management, and create greater value for the company, and provide more effective technical support for the network construction.
